Heads of the BelCCI regional branches took part in the 5th National Export Forum and the Kiev Summit of Partner Chambers of Commerce

The General Director if the Brest Branch of the BelCCI Valery Labun and the General Director of the Vitebsk Branch of the BelCCI Natalya Vorobyova took part in the 5th National Export Forum and the Kiev Summit of Partner Chambers of Commerce. The events were held in Kiev by the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Ukraine and the Kiev CCI.

The National Export Forum gathered about 400 participants from Ukraine, Belarus, Germany, Poland, Slovakia, Lithuania, UAE, India, Israel, Canada, Nigeria, Italy, Croatia and other countries. The issues discussed at the forum were the finance instruments to support export activities, the European SME support programmes implemented by the Ukrainian CCI, peculiarities of doing business with Indian, Qatari and Israeli entrepreneurs, and other important matters.

Within the Kiev Summit of Partner Chambers of Commerce, the heads of the regional CCIs of Austria, Belarus, Georgia, Italy, Lithuania, Moldova, Poland, Slovakia, Slovenia, Hungary, UAE, Ukraine discussed the initiative on the creation of the "KIEV CLUB" of Partner Chambers", the aims of this organization, the priorities of the initiative, negotiated inter-chamber cooperation and shared views on the chambers activities on business promotion, the facilitation of export and investment potential growth, business training programmes for enterprises and organizations.

The management board of the "KIEV CLUB" of Partner Chambers"      was elected. The Kiev CCI President Nikolai Zasulski was elected the Club President; the President of Vilnius Chamber of Commerce, Industry and Crafts Siguitas Leonavicus, the President of Bratislava Regional Chamber Igor Yunas and the President of Zagreb Chamber of Commerce Zlatan Frolih became Vice-Presidents of the Club.

The Memorandum on the creation of the "KIEV CLUB" of Partner Chambers" was signed in 2018 on the initiative of the Vilnius and Kiev Chambers. The Club will have its next meeting next year.
