Made in Belarus Astana exhibition of Belarusian manufacturers

Made in Belarus Astana exhibition of Belarusian manufacturers took place in Kazakhstan. The opening ceremony that was held on August 13 was attended by the Prime Minister of the Republic of Belarus Andrei Kobyakov and the Prime Minister of the Republic of Kazakhstan Bakytzhan Sagintayev.

The exhibition was organized by the Belarusian Chamber of Commerce and Industry. The exhibition operator was the unitary enterprise "Belinterexpo" of the BelCCI.
Over 70 domestic companies took part in the exhibition with more than 150 research results and several hundreds of consumer goods having been on display.
The products displayed included the flagship models of MAZ and MTZ machinery, the agricultural machinery jointly designed by the Belarusian and Kazakhstani manufacturers, a new line of "Belshina" full-range tyres, food products and beverages from leading Belarusian food industry enterprises, jewelry from JSC “Gomel MA “Kristall”, "Belita" and "Vitex" cosmetics, leather haberdashery from Galanteya OJSC, furniture sets produced by CJSC "Molodechnomebel", dual fuel cookers and built-in appliances of GEFEST trade mark, and other goods.
On opening the exhibition, Andrei Kobyakov said that the exhibition was a great opportunity for the business circles of Belarus and Kazakhstan to introduce their potential partners and colleagues to new ideas and innovative solutions. “We can efficiently build priorities in various industries. These include industrial cooperation, agriculture, transport, petrochemistry, information technologies, etc.,” the Prime Minister stressed.
"Today there are about 250 joint enterprises operating in Kazakhstan. Nevertheless I believe the Made in Belarus Astana expo to boost mutually beneficial cooperation expansion and to foster new joint projects," the Kazakhstan Prime Minister Bakytzhan Sagintayev said
The exhibition closed on the 15th of August.
