"Made in Belarus Astana" exhibition press conference

A press conference dedicated to oncoming "Made in Belarus" exhibition was held in Astana. The Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Belarus to the Republic of Kazakhstan Anatoly Nichkasov, Deputy Chairman of the Belarusian Chamber of Commerce and Industry Vyacheslav Bril, Chairman of the Managing Board of the Foreign Trade Chamber of Kazakhstan Ayan Erenov, Director of Unitary Enterprise "Belinterexpo" of the BelCCI Evgeniy Vvedenskiy answered the journalists' questions. 

Anatoly Nichkasov noted that "Made in Belarus Astana" exhibition will become an important event for Belarus and Kazakhstan. The countries need to explore joint innovations projects, for example, in pharmaceuticals. He also added that Kazakhstan, Belarus and Russia could team up within the framework of the Eurasian Economic Union and manufacture products for third countries.

Made in Belarus exhibition in Astana will run on August 13–15. More than 70 leading Belarusian companies will present about 150 research results and products in the fields of mechanical engineering, petroleum chemistry, transport and logistics, agriculture and food production, woodworking, light industry, production of cosmetics and consumer goods, IT, tourism, etc.  

On August 13, the Belarus-Kazakhstan business forum will be held, being organized by the BelCCI in cooperation with the Foreign Trade Chamber of Kazakhstan. According to the Belarusian Chamber of Commerce and Industry Deputy Chairman Vyacheslav Bril, the forum will be attended by more than 200 businessmen.

The Prime Ministers of Belarus and Kazakhstan are expected to take part in the exhibition opening ceremony and in the plenary session within the forum.
