Online meeting "Belarus – Lithuania: trade and economic cooperation after the pandemics"

The Belarusian Chamber of Commerce and Industry and the Lithuanian Business Confederation organized an online meeting "Belarus – Lithuania: trade and economic cooperation after the pandemics".
The speakers at the event were Vladimir Ulakhovich, the BelCCI Chairman, Andrejus Romanovskis, the President of the Lithuanian Business Confederation, Dmitry Yaroshevich, Deputy Minister of Economy of the Republic of Belarus, Ekaterina Royaka, Vice-Minister of Economy and Innovations of the Republic of Lithuania, representatives of diplomatic missions, companies of both countries. More than 135 businessmen from Belarus and Lithuania joined the broadcast on Zoom and YouTube.
The meeting participants were informed about the influence of the pandemics on bilateral trade, about the anti-crisis measures taken in both countries, as well as about the promising directions of business cooperation in the current situation and after the lifting of existing restrictions. The meeting addressed the introduction of new digital platforms and instruments to promote bilateral business ties, the opportunities offered by business associations to support companies, legal aspects of trade transactions, and the prospects of transport sphere digitalization.
Representatives of Belarusian and Lithuanian enterprises and organizations asked questions, shared ideas on further cooperation.
