Who may participate in the contest: natural persons (media authors/co-authors including freelancers) and authoring teams (of TV materials) who are self-nominated or nominated by their media offices.
Participants may submit for the contest separate pieces and series of articles (stories), TV and radio stories published by information agencies, network and print media or broadcasted on TV and radio in the Republic of Belarus and foreign countries.
Contest materials must correspond to the contest topic and must facilitate the achievement of its objectives.
