Meeting with a business delegation from Jilin Province (PRC)

The Belarusian Chamber of Commerce and Industry hosted a meeting of the Head of the BelCCI Directorate-General for International Cooperation and Exhibition Activities of Alexander Golovarev with a delegation of business circles of Jilin Province of the People's Republic of China.

The delegation included representatives of 14 large enterprises of the province, interested in establishing partnership relations with Belarusian business. The delegation was accompanied by representatives of the resident company of the Chinese-Belarusian Industrial Park "Great Stone", LLC "SINOMACHBEL".

The meeting focused on current issues and prospects for expanding trade and economic cooperation and deepening mutually beneficial ties between Belarusian and Chinese business circles, as well as plans and opportunities for participation in congress and exhibition events in Belarus and Jilin Province.

The Head of the Directorate-General for International Cooperation and Exhibition Activities of the BelCCI presented to the delegation members the opportunities of the Belarusian Chamber of Commerce and Industry to promote business contacts of Belarusian exporters with foreign companies. In turn, Zhou Tao, head of the Chinese delegation, head of the Jiln Province Commerce Department, presented his region as an important industrial center, where such industries as oil refining, machine building, agriculture, medicine, alternative energy and many others are developed. Cooperation with Belarus is seen as particularly promising in these areas.
