• Head of the Department of Publishing and Printing Activities of the Ministry of Information of the Republic of Belarus, Honored Worker of Culture of the Republic of Belarus Vladimir ANDRIEVICH;
• Deputy Chairman of the BelCCI Elena SHABALINA;
• Head of the Information and Publishing Department of the BelCCI Valentina AVVAKUMOVA (Secretary of the Jury).
