A meeting of the BelCCI Chairman Vladimir Ulakhovich with the Egyptian delegation led by the Minister of Internal Trade and Supply Ali El-Moselhy

The Belarusian Chamber of Commerce and Industry hosted a meeting of Vladimir Ulakhovich, the BelCCI Chairman, with the Egyptian delegation headed by the Minister of Internal Trade and Supply of the Arab Republic of Egypt Dr. Ali el-Moselhi.

On the delegation were Dr. Ibrahim Ashmawy, Deputy Minister of Internal Trade and Supply, Head of the Internal Trade Development Authority, Egyptian Mercantile Exchange Chairman; Alaa Ezz, Secretary General of the Federation of Egyptian Chambers of Commerce and the Union of African Chambers of Commerce.    

The sides discussed the current state and prospects of Belarus-Egypt trade and economic cooperation, the possibilities to bolster bilateral trade in goods and services, the establishment of new joint ventures to assembly Belarusian machinery in Egypt and product supplies to other African markets using the logistics opportunities of Egypt, the prospects for bilateral interaction in the field of innovations, the issues concerning further cooperation of the chambers of commerce and industry and commodity exchanges of Belarus and Egypt, the events to be arranged.
