The Minsk Office of the BCCI continues to actively build business bridges between Belarus and Türkiye. The current business visit of the Belarusian delegation was marked by important agreements that lay the foundation for long-term scientific, technical, and economic cooperation.
As part of the business visit, the Minsk City Technopark significantly expanded its partnership with the Turkish side by signing a memorandum of understanding with Istanbul Technopark for the implementation of projects in the fields of microelectronics, robotics, and biotechnology, as well as concluding a cooperation agreement with Yıldız Teknik Teknopark aimed at integrating innovation ecosystems and supporting high-tech startups.
The Belarusian delegation reviewed the capabilities of leading innovation hubs in Türkiye. The visit to Istanbul Technopark provided an opportunity to become familiar with advanced R&D companies. Meanwhile, meetings at Yıldız Teknik Teknopark confirmed strong potential for joint developments that could be implemented in the real sector of the economies of both countries.
The practical part of the visit took place in Istanbul and Kocaeli at the ASKON association venues. A series of intensive B2B meetings enabled Belarusian entrepreneurs to present their capabilities and discuss specific cases of industrial cooperation with Turkish businesses.
In parallel with the business meetings and visits to innovation centers, the delegation actively participated in the YAPI – TurkeyBuild Istanbul 2026 international construction exhibition. This allowed participants not only to become familiar with the latest industry trends but also to hold negotiations with potential clients at the largest industry platform in the region.
