Belarusian-Chinese business forum

Minsk Beijing hotel hosted the Belarusian-Chinese Interregional Business Forum. Alexander Lukashenko, the President of the Republic of Belarus, and Xi Jinping, the President of the People's Republic of China, took part in the forum.

Around 450 people attended the forum, including 300 representatives of China.

The forum was organized by the Ministry of Commerce of China, the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Belarus and the Belarusian Chamber of Commerce and Industry.

The forum was opened by the Presidents' addresses. The plenary meeting, New Platforms, New Opportunities, included a presentation of the Chinese-Belarusian Industrial Park Great Stone project, speeches of the authorities of the Chinese cities and provinces, Belarusian regions.

25 agreements were signed at the Belarusian-Chinese interregional business forum in Minsk.

The documents included the agreement of friendship and cooperation between Gomel and Harbin, the establishment of twin town relations between Grodno and Lunnan (Gansu), Polotsk and Mudanjiang. Cooperation will be developed between Brest Oblast and Hubei Province, the Minsk City Hall and Beijing People's Government.

Apart from that the number of documents included the memorandum of cooperation between the Trade Ministry of Belarus and the People's Government of Gansu Province. The memorandum of cooperation was concluded between IZP Technologies Group Beijing (China) and AOI Logistic Park (Belarus).
