BelCCI Chairman Vladimir Ulakhovich takes part in the cloud forum on economic and trade cooperation within China-Eurasia EXPO

The Chairman of the Belarusian Chamber of Commerce and Industry Vladimir Ulakhovich addressed the participants of the cloud forum on economic and trade cooperation within China-Eurasia EXPO in Urumchi, China.

The forum focused on the deepening of trade, economic and business cooperation of Eurasia states and China for the promotion of mutually beneficial development. Participating in the event were representatives of the China-Eurasia EXPO Organization Committee and Secretariat, enterprises and organizations of the countries – guests of honour at the exhibition: Azerbaijan, Belarus, Pakistan.

In his address, Vladimir Ulakhovich noted that Belarus and China enjoy close friendship and partnership relations, the chambers of commerce and industry have developed strong ties and effective cooperation. He emphasized the importance of Belarus' participation in China-Eurasia EXPO, which is one of the most significant and authoritative international exhibition events in China, and presented the main fields of activities of the Belarusian participating companies.

"Being the national pavilion organizer, the Belarusian Chamber of Commerce and Industry appreciates the opportunity to be the Guest of Honour of the exhibition. I'm sure that China-Eurasia EXPO will be an effective platform for new ideas promotion and business contacts establishment, will provide new opportunities for the strengthening of trade, economic, industrial and investment cooperation," the BelCCI Chairman said.

70 companies take part in the online exposition of Belarus at the China-Eurasia EXPO, representing meat and dairy products and food products from ecologically clean regions, multifunctional agricultural machinery, industrial machinery and equipment, innovative petrochemical products, Belarusian flax and products from it, woodworking products, unique developments of the country's leading universities and the National Academy of Sciences. The services sector is widely presented: medicine and pharmaceuticals, transport and logistics, sports, tourism and education, finance.
