Belarusian exposition at the China-Eurasia EXPO exhibition in Urumqi

The exhibition unitary enterprise Belinterexpo of the Belarusian Chamber of Commerce and Industry presents the Made in Belarus exposition within the framework of the 8th EXPO "China-Eurasia", which takes place from June 26 to 30 in Urumqi, Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region (XUAR) of the People's Republic of China.

EXPO "China-Eurasia" is a large-scale comprehensive exhibition in the region which is aimed at the development of joint international trade and economic projects.

The Belarusian delegation at the international forum EXPO "China-Eurasia" is headed by Mr. Sergei Bartosh, Minister of Agriculture and Food.

This year, the Republic of Belarus and the People's Republic of China celebrated the 32nd anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations. According to the results of trade and economic interaction in 2023, the trade turnover between the countries amounted to 8.44 billion US dollars.

 "The organizers on the Chinese side attach special importance to the participation of Belarusian enterprises and companies in the exposition forum, thanks to which the geography of Belarus' representation in major provinces and regions of China is expanding," Natali Kurash, Director of the exhibition operator "Belinterexpo" said.

As part of the Made in Belarus exposition, prominent associations, brands and companies are presented, such as the Belarusian State Concern of Food Industry Belgospischeprom, OJSC "Babushkina Krynka" – the managing company of the holding "Mogilev Dairy Company "Babushkina Krynka", Municipal Production Unitary Enterprise "Mozyr Dairy Products".

A wide range of products is demonstrated by Slutsk Cheese Factory, Smorgon Plant of Bread Production, Glubokoye Dairy Canning Factory, and Spartak Joint Venture OJSC.

The Belarusian exposition at the EXPO "China-Eurasia" also includes the Belarusian Universal Commodity Exchange, which realizes integration processes in commodity markets in order to strengthen the economic potential of the Republic of Belarus.

Participation of Belarusian enterprises in the China-Eurasia EXPO continues the comprehensive calendar of Belinterexpo's exhibition events in China.

Thus, in November this year, a large-scale pavilion will be presented in Shanghai at the China International Import Expo.
