Business Partnership Week between the Regions of the SCO Member States in Samarkand

Sergei Nabeshko, General Director of the Minsk Branch of the Belarusian Chamber of Commerce, took part in the events of Business Partnership Week between the Regions of the SCO Member States in Samarkand, Republic of Uzbekistan, on August 7-8, 2023. 

B. Abidov, Deputy Minister of Investments, Industry and Trade of the Republic of Uzbekistan, Kh. Sohail, Deputy Secretary-General of the SCO, R. Nasriddinzoda, Deputy Minister of Economic Development and Trade of the Republic of Tajikistan, Ch. Makeshov, Deputy Minister of Economy and Trade of the Kyrgyz Republic, D. Glukharev, Deputy Minister of Economic Development of the Chelyabinsk Region of the Russian Federation, S. Makhdiy, Deputy Minister of Industry, Mine and Trade of the Islamic Republic of Iran, V. Kulkarni, Vice-President of the Federation of Indian Export Organisations, Y. Jiang, Ambassador of the People’s Republic of China to the Republic of Uzbekistan, and L. Marinich, Ambassador of the Republic of Belarus to the Republic of Uzbekistan, delivered their welcome speeches at the forum opening ceremony.

Sergey Nabeshko made a speech in the panel session on the topic “Cooperation in agriculture and ensuring food security through the example of interregional cooperation of the SCO countries” on August 7 within the general event programme.

The meeting also included B2B- and G2B-negotiations on the issues of electronic commerce, “green” economy, transport and logistics, digital transformation, interregional cooperation, investments, industrial cooperation and other priority areas.
