Chairman of the BelCCI V. Ulakhovich re-elected to the Board of the Lisbon–Vladivostok Initiative

Chairman of the Belarusian Chamber of Commerce and Industry Vladimir Ulakhovich has been re-elected to the Board of the Initiative "Common Economic Space from Lisbon to Vladivostok" ("Lisbon – Vladivostok").

The election of a new board for 2022 took place during the final annual meeting of the members of this organization.

The Lisbon-Vladivostok Initiative was founded by businesses, business associations and analytical centers of the EU and EAEU member states in 2015 with the aim of establishing a multi-level dialogue between the European Commission and the Eurasian Economic Commission on the harmonization of all necessary procedures in the areas of technical and customs regulation, logistics, tax and financial procedures, environmental protection, digitalization and others. The BelCCI joined the Initiative in May 2018.

The new Board of the Initiative also includes Ulf Schneider, President of the SCHNEIDER GROUP, Alexander Lieberov, President of Siemens Russia, Dietmar Fellner, former Economic representative of the Austrian Chamber of Commerce, Ernesto Ferlengi, President of Confindustria Russia, Michael Harms, Director General of the Eastern Committee of the German Economy, Emmanuel Kide, President of the Franco-Russian Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Alexander Rahr, representative of the German-Russian Forum, Matthias Schepp, Chairman of the Board of the Russian-German Chamber of Commerce, President of the Russian Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs Alexander Shokhin.
