Days of the Republic of Belarus in Primorsky Krai

The Days of the Republic of Belarus took place from October 5 to 10 in Vladivostok (Primorsky Krai of the Russian Federation). The program of events included a Festival of Belarusian Products, an exhibition of large-sized equipment, and a business forum.

The opening ceremony of the Festival of Belarusian Products was attended by Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Belarus to the Russian Federation Vladimir Semashko, Governor of the Primorsky Krai Oleg Kozhemyako, Chairman of the Mogilev Region Executive Committee Leonid Zayats. They noted the inextricable ties between the peoples of the two countries, the commonality of their traditions and culture, as well as the active development of business contacts between the regions, including between the Primorsky Krai and the Mogilev Region, despite the distance.

The exposition of products of 11 Belarusian manufacturers was located on the main square of Vladivostok.

Food products – dairy, meat delicacies, confectionery and bakery products – were presented by the dairy holding "Babushkina Krynka", Kobrin Butter and Cheese Plant, Brest, Bobruisk, Mogilev and Pinsk meat processing plants, confectionery factories "Domochay", "Krasny Pishchevik" and "Kommunarka". The company "Lenta" presented to the residents of Primorye a collection of curtains and sets of home textiles, and the company "Polesie" – a wide range of women's, men's and children's knitwear.

The exhibition of large-sized equipment featured tractors "Belarus" by the Minsk Tractor Works, equipment from the factories "Amkodor", "Gomselmash", "Lidselmash", as well as a line of tires from "Belshina".
