The business mission to the Vladimir region paved the way for new manufacturing collaborations
12 December 2025

The business visit of the Belarusian delegation to the Vladimir region, organized by the Minsk branch of the Belarusian Chamber of Commerce and Industry fr om December 8 to 12, was an important step in developing interregional cooperation within the framework of the Union State. The main goal was to identify opportunities for export growth and to establish new manufacturing cooperation networks.

The participants visited leading enterprises in the region and held negotiations on priority sectors. Agreements reached:

  • The Stavrovo Industrial Park expressed interest in Belarusian pipes and paving slabs.

  • Rye bran flour will be supplied to a local bakery — samples have been provided for testing.

A confidentiality agreement was also signed between companies in the mechanical engineering sector: the Belarusian company plans to manufacture bus spare parts according to the client’s drawings. It should be noted that the signing of this agreement was the natural outcome of prior work: business contacts between the companies were established back in September this year during the visit of the Vladimir region delegation to Minsk and negotiations at the Minsk branch of the Belarusian Chamber of Commerce and Industry.

A round table and bilateral negotiations took place at the Vladimir Region Chamber of Commerce and Industry. The President of the regional Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Ivan Aksenov, noted that the chamber brings together over 1,300 companies focused on expanding markets and partnerships. Belarus is one of the region’s main partners: business missions are held regularly between the sides, and agreements and contracts are signed.

Tatiana Dubova, Head of the Foreign Economic Activity Department at the Minsk branch of the Belarusian Chamber of Commerce and Industry, expressed gratitude for the hospitality and organization: “We regularly interact at exhibitions and online platforms. Two months ago, during your delegation’s visit to Minsk, a major meeting took place. Today, we reciprocate and look forward to constructive results.”

During the bilateral negotiations, contacts were exchanged and projects discussed. For example, the company “Spetszhelezobeton” signed a cooperation agreement with the Murom-based company “Integral Company.”

During the visit, the Belarusian delegation took part in the Vladimir Investment Congress in Suzdal, wh ere, as part of the session “Foreign Economic Activity of the Vladimir Region: Breakthrough Strategy,” a presentation of the capabilities of the “Great Stone” Industrial Park was held. The mission received support from the Consul General of the Republic of Belarus in Nizhny Novgorod, Oleg Shvets.
The visit confirmed the high potential of interregional partnership. The agreements reached lay the groundwork for long-term cooperation.
