Business visit to Vladimir

In the period from May 28 to May 31, 2024, a visit of the Belarusian delegation to Vladimir region of the Russian Federation, headed by the Minister of Economy of the Republic of Belarus Yu.A. Chebotar and Plenipotentiary Ambassador of the Republic of Belarus to the Russian Federation D.N. Krutoy took place. The delegation included representatives of the Ministry of Economy, managers and lead specialists of Belarusian enterprises and administrations of free economic zones.

The visit program included a visit to the city of Dobrograd, negotiations with the city administration and the founder of group of companies “Askona” V.M. Sedov. The delegation also visited the biotechnology company JSC “Generium” in the city of Petushki, the Dobrograd-1 Special Economic Zone and its residents LLC “Home Electric Systems” and the greenhouse complex LLC “DobrogradAgro”. An important event of the visit was the joint meeting of the Working Group on Cooperation between the Republic of Belarus and Vladimir Region.

As part of the visit, a meeting of the business delegation with representatives of the business community of Vladimir region took place at the House of Friendship. The meeting included a contact exchange, which was attended by representatives of various ministries and departments of Vladimir region, as well as managers and specialists of more than 30 companies interested in cooperation, export, import of goods and cooperation. During the negotiations, issues of further cooperation in such areas as the supply of furniture, electrical installation products, flexible and cardboard packaging, the provision of logistics and warehouse services and others were discussed.
