Belarus. The Taste of Nature exposition at the international exhibition Food Africa Cairo 2024

The exposition "Belarus. The Taste of Nature", organized by the unitary enterprise Belinterexpo of the Belarusian Chamber of Commerce and Industry, is presented within the framework of the largest international specialized exhibition of Egypt, Food Africa 2024, which takes place from 3 to 5 December in Cairo.

The Food Africa Cairo expo has deservedly gained the status of a well-known exhibition brand, an effective business platform, uniting representatives of Egypt, Middle East, North Africa and world-level foreign partners. The international food and beverage trade show brings together about 1000 exhibitors from more than 30 countries.

The opening of the Belarusian exposition was attended by Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Belarus to the Arab Republic of Egypt Sergey Terentyev.

On the first day of the exhibition, the exposition of Belarus was visited by the heads of Egyptian government agencies and departments, including the Minister of Investment and Foreign Trade, the Minister of Supply and Internal Trade. Among the first guests of the Belarusian exposition were also Secretary General of the Federation of Egyptian Chambers of Commerce Alaa Ezz, Chairman and CEO of IFP Group, one of the leading international exhibition organizations, Albert Aoun.

The exposition Belarus. The Taste of Nature brings together a number of well-known enterprises of Grodnomyasomolprom holding and the Belarusian food industry flagships, including Volkovyssk OJSC Bellakt, Smorgon Plant of Bakery Products, Lidakhleboproduct OJSC, Volkovyssk Meat Processing Plant, Minsk Dairy Plant No.1 OJSC – managing company of the First Dairy holding company, Lida Dairy and Canning Plant, Slutsk Cheese Factory.

The Food Africa Cairo exhibition features business meetings and negotiations with representatives of major industry companies and organizations, foreign partners, workshops with the participation of Belarusian producers. Based on their results, a number of agreements and contracts were signed on the first day of the exhibition with the participation of Lida Dairy and Canning Plant OJSC and OJSC "Minsk Dairy Plant No. 1" – the managing company of the holding company "First Dairy Plant".
