Hosting of the delegation of Kursk region

On August 16-17, 2023 the Minsk Branch of the Belarusian Chamber of Commerce and Industry together with the Union “Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Kursk Region” and the Export Support Centre of Kursk region organized the visit of the delegation of Kursk region business community to Minsk. 

A business meeting and bilateral negotiations between representatives of Belarusian and Kursk enterprises took place on August 16, 2023. 

General Director of the Minsk Branch of the BelCCI, President of the Union “Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Kursk region”, as well as the representatives of six Kursk and 30 Belarusian companies took part in the opening of the business meeting. 

A Letter of Intent for Cooperation was signed between Soyuztextile-ST LLC (Russian Federation) and Ruchaika JSC (Republic of Belarus) at the end of the plenary session. 

The representatives of Belarusian enterprises and Kursk businesses discussed supply handling of grain crops, gaskets, sanitary and hygienic products, industrial fabrics and clothing to Belarus, as well as the possibilities of exporting Belarusian fabrics to Kursk region during bilateral negotiations.

During the visit Kursk delegation attended leading enterprises of the Republic of Belarus, such as Minsk Tractor Works OJSC, Minsk Automobile Plant OJSC, BNBC CJSC, Minsk Grain Product Plant OJSC, Alesya OJSC, EKTB OJSC, and large outlet chains – GIPPO and Dobronom. Negotiations were held on the issues of mutually beneficial cooperation.
