From 29 September to 1 October 2025, a business delegation of entrepreneurs from the Ryazan region will visit Belarus. The visit aims to develop sustainable and mutually beneficial cooperation between Belarusian and Russian companies. In order to maximise the effectiveness of this interaction, the Minsk branch of the Belarusian Chamber of Commerce and Industry has organised a specialised preparatory webinar today, focusing on key aspects of doing business in Belarus.
During the webinar, experts provided a detailed analysis of the current state and dynamics of trade turnover between the two countries, highlighted promising areas for expanding export-import operations, and discussed new business opportunities. Legal and regulatory requirements were also examined in detail, including document processing, product certification, and labelling, which are crucial for successfully entering the market and complying with government standards.
The specifics of the investment climate in the Republic of Belarus were discussed in depth, along with its advantages for investors, existing state support measures, and incentive programmes that enhance profitability and reduce risks in joint projects. Key trends and competitive advantages in priority sectors for Ryazan enterprises—electronics and instrumentation, the food industry, the agro-industrial complex, and machine engineering—were analysed. This analysis revealed potential for seeking partnerships and developing new business directions.
To conclude the webinar, participants were presented with practical recommendations for finding, assessing, and selecting reliable business partners, as well as key stages in building sustainable and mutually beneficial business relationships, which will facilitate effective cooperation between companies from both sides.
