Mastering business certification in 2026

A practical seminar , where current issues of certification and the procedure for obtaining documents were scrutinised, was held at the venue of the Borisov branch of the Minsk Office of the Belarusian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (BelCCI).

Irina Kutsko, general deputy director of the BelCCI Minsk Office, was the one to open the seminar. She outlined the goals of the event, introduced the office's specialists, and highlighted significant innovations in regulatory frameworks in her welcoming speech.

Certification procedure was explained by industry experts and senior managers from BelCCI Minsk Office. The audience gained a holistic view of the system, from an overview of general concepts to international standards.

The agenda included the following:

•Key changes to the rules of goods origin in 2025.
•Process digitalisation i.e the way digital documentation facilitates necessary obligation submission and acquisition.
•The procedure for interacting with the Eurasian Economic Commission and statutory registries.
•Law enforcement i.e the way of usage of certificates of origin for state purchase within EAEU, leasing programs, and exemption from the recycling fee.
•the optimisation of the applicants and experts interaction:where to start and how to build effective collaboration.

The seminar concluded in a series of questions concerning practical cases, controversial situations, and nuances of applying new requirements with experts. The engaging discussion confirmed the high interest of the business community.
