The Borisov department of the Minsk branch of the BelCCI held a round table to discuss problematic issues faced by the region's enterprises when preparing documents for expert examinations.
The key topic was the inclusion of products in the Eurasian Register of Industrial Goods. This issue has become particularly relevant due to amendments to Decision No. 105 of November 23, 2020 of the Board of the Eurasian Economic Commission, which came into effect at the beginning of the year and limit the participation of Belarusian enterprises in public procurement procedures within the EAEU member states. The Minsk branch of the BelCCI acts as an intermediary between business and regulatory authorities to bring issues on the inclusion of products not included in the Annexes to Decision No. 105 for consideration by the Advisory Committee on Public Procurement under the EEC Board.
During the round table, detailed analysis was also devoted to expert evaluations for confirming production in accordance with Resolution No. 80 of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus dated February 14, 2022, as well as the procedure for forming a document package to confirm the production of components within the Union State, in line with Decree No. 3 of the Supreme State Council of the Union State dated January 29, 2024.
The event was attended by Irina Kutsko, Deputy Director General for Expertise and Certification of the Minsk Branch of the BelCCI, Maksim Smirkin, Head of the Expertise and Certification Department of the Minsk Branch of the BelCCI, Oleg Zimoglyad, Director of the Borisov Department of the Minsk Branch of the BelCCI. Moreover, Pyotr Anufriev, Oleg Statkevich and Natalia Taborko, leading experts of the Expertise and Certification of Machinery and Equipment Department, presented reports on various areas.
During an active discussion, enterprise experts and representatives exchanged practical solutions and developed specific recommendations aimed at simplifying and accelerating procedures related to expert examinations.
Round tables of this format have become an effective non-financial support practice by the Minsk Office of BelCCI for its member enterprises, allowing for prompt resolution of the most complex issues.
As a result of the round table, participating enterprises were provided with a list of state-supported programs for 2025 in accordance with Decision No. 105.
