Minister of Industry of the Republic of Belarus Petr Parkhomchik, Chairman of the Belarusian Chamber of Commerce and Industry Vladimir Ulakhovich, Deputy Chairman of the Presidium of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus Sergei Chizhik presented the industrial potential of the Republic of Belarus at the largest Serbia exhibition International Agricultural Fair Novi Sad, which opened on 18 September.
The exposition Made in Belarus presented at the exhibition demonstrates the best samples of products from 13 domestic manufacturers: Gomselmash, Minsk Tractor Works, Bobruisk Plant of Tractor Parts and Units, Belshina, Mogilevkhimvolokno, Lakokraska, Mining Wax Plant, Soligorsk Poultry Factory, Molochny Mir”, as well as the institutes of the National Academy of Sciences.
On the first day of the exhibition, the Belarusian exposition was visited by the Chairman of the Government of the Autonomous Territory Voevodina Igor Mirovich, Minister of Trade, Tourism and Telecommunications of the Republic of Serbia Tatiana Matic, Co-Chair of the Intergovernmental Commission on Trade and Economic Cooperation Minister without portfolio in the Government of the Republic of Serbia Nenad Popovic.
Within the framework of the exhibition, the chairman of the BelCCI Vladimir Ulakhovich held negotiations with the chairman of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Autonomous Territory Voevodin Boshko Vuchurevich. The parties agreed to organize mutual participation of businesses in agricultural and other exhibitions in Belarus and Serbia.
The organizer of the exposition of Belarusian manufacturers Made in Belarus is the exhibition unitary enterprise "Belinterexpo" of the Belarusian Chamber of Commerce and Industry. The event is supported by the Embassy of the Republic of Belarus in the Republic of Serbia, the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Republic of Serbia.
The International Agricultural Fair Novi Sad is the largest trade fair in the region and one of the most reputable specialized exhibitions in Europe. More than 600 companies are taking part in the exhibition this year. Country expositions were presented by 9 countries: Belarus, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Hungary, Spain, Italy, the Netherlands, Poland, Russia and the Czech Republic.
