Mikhail Myatlikov, Chairman of the Belarusian Chamber of Commerce and Industry:
– Many different topics were discussed during the Belarusian-Pakistani Forum as part of the development of trade and economic relations. One of the pressing topics of today is support for trade in banking instruments. At present, trade between the countries is impossible without the participation of banking structures. I am confident that despite all the external difficulties, both Belarusian and Pakistani banks will find an effective solution for the implementation of commercial projects between our countries. Another important issue is the development of logistics solutions for the delivery of goods from Belarus to Pakistan and from Pakistan to Belarus. There are more than 4 thousand kilometres between our countries, and it is necessary to find the most efficient and cost-effective logistics options.
The Belarus-Pakistan Forum was held in Minsk on 10 April 2025. More than 200 companies from both countries took part in the event.
