A conference of the staff was held today at the Minsk Branch of the Belarusian Chamber of Commerce and Industry. On the agenda is summarizing the results of the organization's activities in 2024 and defining the tasks for the current year. Yelena Malinovskaya, Deputy Chair of the BelCCI, attended the event.
The meeting was opened by Sergey Nabeshko, General Director of the Minsk Branch of the BelCCI. In his presentation, he provided a detailed analysis of the financial and economic activities in 2024 and highlighted the increased services and the achieved significant results in all the areas of the organization's activities.
“The year has been challenging, but our organization has achieved its goals set thanks to the persistence and coordinated efforts of the team,” noted Sergey Nabeshko.
The special emphasis was made on the expanded range of the services provided and an integrated approach to the activities of the Minsk Branch of the BelCCI.
“While dealing with customers, it is essential to offer a comprehensive solution. This principle of interaction is especially important nowadays and applies to all the areas of the Minsk Branch of BelCCI’s activities” emphasized Sergey Nabeshko.
The General Director noted that there is now a focus on digitalization of the internal business processes and services provided. Since last December the Minsk Branch of the BelCCI has been issuing the Certificates for its own products in the electronic form using the digital signature. The BelCCI is going to issue their own Certificates in the form of the electronic documents this September.
A new approach to working with the BelCCI members was outlined in accordance with the developed Membership Card and the Regulations on Interaction with the members of the BelCCI.
Elena Malinovskaya appreciated the achievements of the Minsk Branch of the BelCCI. In her speech, she noted a number of the areas for the development of the system and the promotion of the interests of the Belarusian export-oriented enterprises.
“It is important that the organization's goals align with the vision and objectives of the BelCCI,” added the Deputy Chair.
At the end of the conference of the labor collective, Elena Malinovskaya and Sergey Nabeshko expressed their gratitude to the employees of the Minsk branch of the BelCCI for their conscientious work and personal contribution to the organization’s development, presented them with the Certificates of appreciation and the Chair of the BelCCI and the General Director of the Minsk branch of the BelCCI’s letters of thanks.
