The Minsk branch of the Belarusian Chamber of Commerce and Industry expands its partner network: new cooperation agreements

Nizhny Novgorod hosts the XII Forum of the Regions of Russia and Belarus fr om June 25 to 27, 2025, a large–scale platform for discussing strategic issues of the development of the Union State wh ere experiences were exchanged and new agreements and contracts were signed. This year's Forum is dedicated to the theme "The youth of Belarus and Russia – heirs of the Great Victory and the future of the Union State". The event commemorates the 80th anniversary of Victory in the Great Patriotic War and focuses on the youth agenda.

A joint event of the Chambers of Commerce and Industry of Russia and Belarus was held within the framework of the Forum, which was opened by Sergey Katyrin, President of the Russian Chamber of Commerce and Industry, and Mikhail Myatlikov, Chairman of the Belarusian Chamber of Commerce and Industry. Promising projects of business cooperation between the regions, issues of supporting youth entrepreneurship, current trends in industrial cooperation, as well as the creation of equal and favorable conditions for doing business were considered on the course of the meeting. Representatives of Chambers of Commerce and industry and experts in the field shared experiences and outlined areas for further partnership development.

A significant result was the signing of cooperation agreements between the regional chambers of commerce and industry, and contracts between companies from Belarus and Russia. Sergey Nabeshko, Director General of the Minsk Branch of the Belarusian Chamber of Commerce and Industry, signed cooperation agreements with the Perm Chamber of Commerce and Industry and the Astrakhan Chamber of Commerce and Industry. These agreements create a solid foundation for enhancing the exchange of business information, organizing joint business missions, as well as supporting enterprises in finding partners and advancing into new markets. 

The Forum of the Regions of Russia and Belarus continues to serve as an effective platform for strengthening trade, economic, scientific, educational and cultural ties between the two countries, contributing to the implementation of joint projects and the development of the Union State. The Forum also hosts an exhibition of achievements of the national economy and a regional trade fair, which additionally contributes to the development of business cooperation.
