National exposition of the Republic of Belarus at International Agricultural Trade Fair Novi Sad

On May 20, the National Exposition of the Republic of Belarus opened at International Agricultural Trade Fair Novi Sad, Serbia.

The exposition has been organized by the Belarusian Chamber of Commerce and Industry. The exhibition operator is Belinterexpo Exhibition Company of the BelCCI.

The International Agricultural Trade Fair Novi Sad has been held annually since 1957, attracting approximately 150,000 visitors and over 1500 exhibitors. It is one of the top five exhibitions in Europe and one of the top ten exhibitions in the world. The purpose of the event is to highlight the agricultural industry, to familiarize visitors with high-quality products and modern trends in the development of agribusiness.

The national exposition of the Republic of Belarus was opened by the Chairman of the BelCCI Mikhael Miatlikov, First Deputy Chairman of the Minsk City Executive Committee Nadezhda Lazarevich, Honorary Consul of the Republic of Belarus in Novi Sad Dragolub Shvonya.

Belarus is represented at the exhibition by scientific organizations, enterprises – manufacturers of petrochemical and industrial products. Among the participants are the State Committee for Science and Technology (State Institution "Belarusian Institute for System Analysis and Information Support"), organizations of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus, institutions of the Ministry of Education, as well as petrochemical enterprises JSC "Grodno Azot", JSC "Mineral Wax Plant", Belshina OJSC, Lakokraska OJSC, Mogilevkhimvolokno OJSC.

Samples of agricultural machinery from the flagships of the Belarusian industry are presented at the outdoor area.
