
Fr om June 24 to 27, 2025, the Minsk Branch of the Belarusian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (BelCCI) organized a business visit by a Belarusian delegation to the United Mexican States. During this visit, the Belarusian representatives showcased the business and investment potential of the Republic of Belarus, emphasizing opportunities for exporting agricultural and municipal machinery, along with high-quality dairy products, including powdered milk.
The delegation visited the Toluca 2000 Industrial Park in Toluca, State of Mexico, wh ere they learned about the park’s modern infrastructure and available services. Negotiations were held with the park’s General Director, Rogelio Argüelles, and representatives from local enterprises. A key outcome of the meetings was the signing of a Cooperation Agreement between the Minsk Free Economic Zone and the Toluca Industrial Park, which lays the foundation for joint industrial projects.
In the following days, the delegation engaged in a series of meetings in Mexico City and Cuernavaca with representatives from leading organizations, including the Secretariat of Agriculture and Rural Development (SADER), the National Agricultural Council (CNA), the National Chamber of the Dairy Industry (CANILEC), and the Ministry of Agriculture of the State of Morelos. Discussions focused on opportunities for supplying Belarusian machinery, standardizing dairy products, and implementing pilot projects in the agro-industrial sector.
Additionally, in Cuernavaca, the delegation participated in the CANACINTRA National Congress. Belarusian representatives spoke during the plenary session, addressing topics such as doing business in Belarus, attracting investment to the country, and cooperation in the food industry and mechanical engineering. Within the congress, B2B negotiations were conducted with Mexican enterprises, and a visit to a dairy plant in the State of Morelos was arranged. The visit culminated in the signing of a Cooperation Agreement between the Belarusian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (BelCCI) and CANACINTRA. This document includes provisions for:
