During the fourteenth meeting of the Intergovernmental Belarusian-Azerbaijani Commission on Trade and Economic Cooperation held in Minsk under the chairmanship of Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Belarus Igor Petrishenko and Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ali Ahmedov, a memorandum of understanding was signed between the Belarusian Chamber of Commerce and Industry and the Small and Medium Business Development Agency of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
The document was signed by Deputy Chairman of the BelCCI Denis Meleshkin on the Belarusian side and First Deputy Chairman of the Agency Board Natig Hasanov on the Azerbaijani side.
The document envisages the intentions of the two organizations to develop mutually beneficial cooperation in order to organize activities in the following areas:
- support and development of small and medium-sized enterprises;
- participation in joint events;
- determination of the order of interaction between the parties in the sphere of support and development of business structures.
