On February 15, at the Brest branch of the BelCCI, a practical seminar was held for managers and specialists of foreign economic and legal services on the topic: “Buyer’s (importer’s) remedies: Vienna International Sales Convention 1980 VS National Civil Legislation.” Speaker - Vitaly Vladimirovich Vabishchevich – Head of the Legal and IT Department of the BelCCI, arbitrator, member of the Presidium of the International Arbitration Court at the BelCCI.
