Belarus and China develop strategic cooperation. According to Mikhael Miatlikov, the BelCCI Chairman, the two countries have reached an unprecedentedly high level of political trust, which creates unique opportunities for expanding economic ties and increasing the volume of mutual trade. The trade turnover between Belarus and China continues growing. The positive dynamics can only be maintained and increased by strengthening trust in the business environment of Belarus and China. This is one of the priority tasks for the BelCCI.

Belarus and Xinjiang are at the crossroads of important trade routes, which makes cooperation especially relevant in the context of the global initiative "One Belt, One Road". Belarus offers high-quality goods, food, woodworking and pharmaceutical products that may be of interest to the Chinese market. Today, it is very important to ensure the information component of business interaction: Belarusian and Chinese entrepreneurs should know the opportunities of their partner's market and the conditions for working there.

He Zhong Yu, deputy secretary of the Party Committee of the Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region of the People's Republic of China, added that there is a high level of mutual trust between China and Belarus. "The countries are good friends and excellent partners. Since the establishment of diplomatic relations, our cooperation has been constantly deepening and bringing new results," the PRC representative said.

According to him, some agreements reached by the heads of states at the SCO summit in Astana in July this year allowed to advance cooperation within the framework of the "One Belt, One Road" initiative to a new level. "Our delegation has come to Minsk to put the agreements of our countries into practice and present the potential of our region to the Belarusian side, which will allow the countries to deepen cooperation, get to know each other better and strengthen interaction," He Zhong Yu emphasized.

Representatives of more than 60 Belarusian companies gathered at the BelCCI to hold B2B negotiations with Chinese businessmen.
