Signing of Cooperation Agreement with Shanghai Duxia Industry & Trade Co. Ltd

On May 21, the Brest branch of the Belarusian Chamber of Commerce and Industry hosted a reception for the General Director of Shanghai Duxia Industry & Trade Co. Ltd. A. Xu and members of his team.

During the business meeting, current issues of Belarusian-Chinese trade and economic cooperation were discussed. New vectors of cooperation in the light and chemical industries were identified. Representatives of the Belarusian side outlined a list of upcoming economically significant city and regional events and suggested that Shanghai Duxia Industry & Trade Co. Ltd consider the possibility of participating with the involvement of interested Chinese industry companies. The Chinese side responded with a positive intention to organise business visits, and also accepted for consideration proposals to find partners and necessary components in China. At the end of the meeting, the parties signed a Memorandum of Cooperation, securing the intended goals of further cooperation.
