The business visit of the delegation of the Brest region in Benxi, Liaoning Province (PRC)

On October 24, 2024, in the framework of participation in the second Russian-Chinese Forum of Investment and Trade Cooperation, the delegation of the Brest branch of the Belarusian Chamber of Commerce and Industry at the invitation of the People’s Government of the Province Liaoning visited Benxi (PRC).

The delegation fr om the Belarusian side included:

- LLC "Agroprodukt";

- OJSC "Sanatorium" Ruzhansky;

- PUE "Aristotle";

- JV Transit LLC.

Participants, according to the stated interests, were able to visit and get acquainted with the activities of 4 regional enterprises: Liaoning Shenmai LLC (manufacturer of vegetable oil of various types), Kuanten LLC (medical equipment manufacturer), Zhonyao (medical and pharmaceutical warehouse), as well as a branch of the University of Liaoning of Traditional Chinese Medicine.

After familiarizing themselves with the activities of enterprises, an official meeting was held under the leadership of Mr. Yin Jun, Vice-mayor of Benxi, wh ere presentations of the cooperative potentials of the Brest region and Benxi were presented.

The Chinese side was attended by: Secretary of the City Council of the party of Benxi, Director of the Department of the High-Technology Industrial District of the Council, Head of the Commercial Department of the Council, Deputy Chairman of the Benxi Chamber of Commerce and Industry.

The parties marked promising points of interaction and the intentions of the exchange of visits in the near future were expressed.

The culmination of the event was the procedure for signing an agreement on the intent of cooperation between OJSC "Sanatorium" Ruzhansky with Kuanten LLC (Liaoning, PRC).
