On 2–3 April, Moscow hosted the 8th Moscow Economic Forum, dedicated to the theme "The political landscape has changed. Economy. Culture. New benchmarks".
Denis Meleshkin, Deputy Chairman of the Belarusian Chamber of Commerce and Industry, was among the experts who spoke during the forum.
On 3 April, speaking at the session "The EAEU: strengthening a common future", Denis Meleshkin addressed the issue of industrial cooperation within the framework of Eurasian integration and reorientation of national export-import flows of the EAEU member countries. In his speech, he drew attention to the subjective and objective reasons for enterprises' being cautious when using favourable conditions for the implementation of cooperation projects. "The most important thing, in my opinion, is to focus on the approach of business, which is that the resources they spend on "something" should always be tangibly less than the result they get," the Deputy Chairman of the BelCCI said.
