During the event, practical cases were considered – from disputes in arbitration institutions to drafting foreign trade agreements, sanctions compliance, expertise, customs and judicial aspects. In the format of a live discussion, representatives of enterprises received answers to questions arising in the course of economic activity.
The event was attended by Deputy Chairman of the Belarusian Chamber of Commerce and Industry Vitaly Vabishchevich:
– The Exporter's Day showed that it is important for our enterprises – members of the Chamber to have a direct dialogue not only with experts and professionals, but also with representatives of industry government bodies, the judiciary, as well as control and law enforcement agencies. The result of the event was not only a practical discussion, but also a number of proposals from enterprises to amend the current regulatory legal documents, which, among other things, regulate the foreign economic activity of enterprises, – noted Vitaly Vabishchevich.
