Visit to Shandong Province, China

A sales mission of enterprises of the Republic of Belarus in Qingdao, Shandong province, PRC was organized by the Minsk Branch of the Belarusian Chamber of Commerce and Industry together with the China Center for Technology Transfer of SCO Member States, Qingdao Federation of Industry and Commerce with the support of the Administration of the Shinan District, Qingdao during the period fr om August 14, 2023 to August 17, 2023.

The enterprises interested in cooperation with the Chinese manufacturers of industrial rubber products, industrial equipment, machinery and spare parts in the field of legal and logistics services attended the sales mission.

During the visit the Belarusian delegation took part in a business forum, which included speeches, a road show of projects of the Belarusian and Chinese enterprises and business negotiations between the entrepreneurs.

A Cooperation Agreement was signed between the Minsk Branch of the Belarusian Chamber of Commerce and Industry and the China Center for Technology Transfer of SCO Member States within the framework of the forum.

A business meeting was also held with the Qingdao CCI management, during which the parties outlined the aiming for cooperation between businesses of the two regions and achieved the aim to sign the Cooperation Agreement with the Minsk Branch of the BelCCI as part of celebration of the 956^th anniversary of Minsk.

Following the business event programme the Belarusian participants visited a number of leading Chinese corporations and holdings, wh ere they got acquainted with the production process and held negotiations with the heads of engineering and commercial units on mutually beneficial cooperation.
