Webinar “Transactions Involving Affiliated and Related Parties. Major Corporate Transactions. Open Dialogue: Analysis of Court Cases and Practical Recommendations”

The Minsk Office of the Belarusian Chamber of Commerce and Industry invites you to participate in the webinar “Transactions Involving Affiliated and Related Parties. Major Corporate Transactions. Open Dialogue: Analysis of Court Cases and Practical Recommendations,” which will be held on July 8, 2026, at 10:30 a.m.

The webinar will be conducted by Joseph I. Funk, Doctor of Law, Professor, and Chairman of the International Arbitration Court at the Belarusian Chamber of Commerce and Industry.

The participation fee for one representative is BYN 180.00 (including 20% VAT).

Upon completion of the webinar, participants will be issued a certificate of attendance.
