Visit of the delegation of Grodno region to the Republic of Bashkortostan

From March 20 to March 23, the delegation of Grodno region visited Ufa (Republic of Bashkortostan, the Russian Federation).

The delegation ncluded heads of Grodno Regional Executive Committee, Volkovysk District Executive Committee, Grodno Branch of the BelCCI, Administration of FEZ "Grodnoinvest" and enterprises of the region.

During the visit, negotiations were held with the leadership of the Government of the Republic of Bashkortostan, Development Corporation of the Republic of Bashkortostan, Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Republic of Bashkortostan. Besides, the delegation visited a number of industrial and agricultural enterprises of the Russian region.

Further development of trade, economic, investment and tourism cooperation of the two regions was discussed, mutual presentations of potential of Grodno region and the republic of Bashkortostan were delivered, and the issues of holding the 10th Forum of the Regions of Russia and Belarus to be held in June, 2023 in Ufa, were considered.

In addition, the delegation took part in the events of the Agro-Industrial Forum and in the grand opening of the 33rd international specialized exhibition "AgroComplex", within the framework of which a collective exposition of Grodno region was organized.

During the visit, cooperation agreements were signed between the Grodno Branch of the BelCCI and the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Republic of Bashkortostan, between FEZ "Grodnoinvest" Administration and the Development Corporation of the Republic of Bashkortostan.
