Obtaining additional sheets to the previously issued ATA Carnet.

Additional backs, vouchers and (or) continuation sheets of yellow, white and blue colors may be issued to the previously issued ATA Carnet.

The issuing of additional sheets to the previously issued ATA carnet is carried out by the issuing branch, which has issued the corresponding ATA Carnet.

To obtain additional sheets to the previously issued ATA Carnet, the ATA Carnet holder (his representative) submits to the issuing association:

  • a cover letter addressed to the issuing association with a request to issue additional sheets to the previously issued ATA Carnet signed by the head (individual entrepreneur) or a person authorized by him;
  • copies of documents on the basis of which goods are imported (exported) (contract, invitation to an exhibition, etc.). Each page is certified with a seal (if available) and signed by the head (individual entrepreneur) or a person authorized by him;
  • a copy of the payment order for payment for the service of registration and issuance of additional sheets to the previously issued ATA Carnet.

Replacement ATA Carnet

If the period of temporary import of goods with an ATA Carnet may exceed the validity period of the ATA Carnet, since the holder of the ATA carnet (his representative) is not able to export the goods within the specified period, the issuing branch may issue a replacement ATA Carnet.

The replacement ATA Carnet is issued for the same goods that are indicated in the previously issued ATA Carnet.

To issue a replacement ATA Carnet, you must contact the issuing branch no later than 1 (one) month before the end of the period for temporary import of goods established by foreign customs.

The possibility of issuing a replacement ATA Carnet should be checked with a specialist of the BelCCI (issuing branch).

To obtain a replacement ATA Carnet, the holder of the ATA Carnet (his representative) submits to the issuing branch:

  • a cover letter addressed to the issuing branch with a request to issue a replacement ATA Carnet signed by the head (individual entrepreneur) or a person authorized by him;
  • a general list of goods in the form in which they will be indicated in the ATA Carnet, in Russian and English/other languages (as advised by the issuing branch's specialist).
    Each page of the general list of goods is certified by a seal (if available) and signed by the head (individual entrepreneur) or a person authorized by him.
    The general list of goods is attached to the cover letter;
  • a guarantee statement signed by the head (individual entrepreneur) or a person authorized by him and a representative of the ATA Carnet holder;
  • notification, which is also an application, in electronic form only;
  • power of attorney issued by the applicant to his representative (if necessary);
  • copies of documents confirming the actual commercial value of the goods (excluding VAT): waybills, invoices, price lists, other documents defining or confirming the commercial value of goods. Each page is certified with a seal (if available) and signed by the head (individual entrepreneur) or a person authorized by him;
  • a copy of the payment order for the service.

Obtaining a duplicate ATA Carnet

In case of damage, loss or theft of the ATA Carnet, the holder of the ATA Carnet may obtain a duplicate.

The validity period of the duplicate ATA Carnet must expire on the same day as the original.

The possibility of issuing a duplicate ATA Carnet should be checked with a specialist of the BelCCI (issuing branch).

To obtain a duplicate of the ATA Carnet, the holder of the ATA Carnet (his representative) submits to the issuing branch:

  • a cover letter addressed to the issuing branch with a request to issue a duplicate of the ATA Carnet signed by the head (individual entrepreneur) or a person authorized by him;
  • a copy of the payment order for the service.
